Please note: In order to save on expenses, so that we may offer you the lowest price possible, we do not keep stock of our products. All products are hand made to order with care and are thoroughly tested before shipment. This takes a certain amount of time. Occasionally we are out of a part to make a product. Your product will be made as soon as the part arrives. As in most things, when it rains it pours and I become overwhelmed with orders. I am only one person and can only work so many hours a day. I appreciate your patience and want you to know that all products are shipped out in the same order that payment was received. Orders are shipped daily. Your patience is really appreciated!

If you are interested in one of my products, but not sure how it will sound in your system, I have loaners available on most items. Please listen to the loaner before you purchase. Please contact for full details.

Many of our products carry a 30 day return period when purchased directly from us on line. We will return the full original purchase price of the product minus shipping, and Paypal if that is how payment was made. Only one product may be sent for refund from any single customer. Auction orders are binding and can not be canceled. Orders may not be changed after payment has been made. No substitutions are allowed on auctions. A refund check will be mailed out after product is returned. Please allow 8-10 business days from time product is received by us for your refund to be processed. Custom orders are not returnable. You must get permission before making any return or the package will not be accepted. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost both ways.

All products carry a lifetime warranty to the original owner. Keep your original receipt. Repairs are for products that have not been abused or used in an incorrect manner. This determination will be made by Aural Thrills Audio.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Until you are certain that a refund or exchange will not be necessary, please handle the item you purchased carefully and retain all product packaging materials. We will assess restocking charges on products that have been marred or otherwise in less than perfect or new condition. Products that have been altered, abused may not be returned for exchange or refunds. We hope you enjoy our products and we again express our appreciation for your business.

*** Just a note about shipping charges. A great deal of time, materials, and work are put into the shipping of your product. We want to insure that it arrives in good shape. Each item has paper work and Foreign orders have many more forms to fill out. Unfortunately the people that do all of this will not work for free. It is this service plus the actual shipping costs that make up my above prices.

We ship all USA orders by USPS Express Mail. This is the only way that we can insure your product as well as provide the least expensive shipping. If you require another shipping method please contact for info.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Product specifications and designs are subject to change without notice for the purpose of improvement. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine suitability of our products in regards to their equipment. We are not responsible for damage to any equipment, or other items due to our products or advice. We are liable only for the product itself which will be replaced free of charge if any defects are found.
